ScoliFocus Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the ScoliFocus platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

ScoliFocus is owned and operated by Integrative Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC, doing business as Schroth DC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Services

ScoliFocus is a web-based digital education and exercise platform that may include:

  • Guided exercise programs

  • Educational coursework, including Focus3D Foundations

  • Video instruction

  • Postural and scoliosis-related educational content

  • Progress tracking tools

  • Optional virtual sessions (additional fees may apply)

Access is provided digitally through a web-based application and may be accessed from compatible devices.

3. Educational Use Only; No Medical Relationship

The Platform provides educational content and general exercise instruction.

Use of the Platform does not create a provider-patient relationship unless you separately engage in in-person or telehealth services directly with Schroth DC under a formal clinical agreement.

Content is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for consulting your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, or other injury.

By using the Platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You agree to discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and supervise use.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

App Subscription

ScoliFocus App access is available through recurring subscriptions:

  • $40 per month (automatically renewing), or

  • $365 per year (automatically renewing)

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method on file.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Home Study Program

The Focus3D Foundations Home Study program is offered at $1,899 and includes 12 months of ScoliFocus App access. After 12 months, continued app access requires an active subscription.

Virtual Sessions

Optional virtual sessions may be offered for an additional fee and are subject to separate scheduling and payment terms.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.

  • Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

  • No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

  • Home Study purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in automatic billing for the next cycle.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including videos, exercises, graphics, text, branding, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Integrative Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC.

You may not reproduce, record, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Virginia.
