I was dealing with on again off again neck and back issues and always hesitated to play sports, fearing tweaking something. It was extremely frustrating. I saw Eric a handful of times and I'm so glad I worked with him. His care and attention to detail was exactly what I needed. Now I consistently work on my strength and stability and feel much more confident playing sports.
